Before joining Thames Strategy Kew-Chelsea as our Coordinator, Ruth had over 20 years’ experience working as Greenspaces Development Manager at the London Borough of Merton. Among awards that she received there was the Merton Excellence Award in the Category of Employee of the Year for Environment and Regeneration. She has brought a large degree of qualities, experiences and skills to her new role at Thames Strategy.
At Thames Strategy, Ruth has managed present and future projects, which include painting the railings in Bishops Park, replacing trees and bins at Furnivall Gardens in Hammersmith and erecting an information board at Hammersmith Bridge. She recently won a grant of Â£30,000 which will go towards renovating the riverside walk between The White Hart pub and Barnes Bridge.
